Responsibilties of PennACE Communications Chair
- Coordinates writing and publication of PennACE newsletter three times per year (October 15, February 15 and June 30) and distributes to membership.
- Maintains PennACE web site, including monitoring site to ensure information is current and correct, making changes/updates to site as needed, making registration forms for conference and other professional development programs, assisting membership with login issues, regularly updating Jobs component of website (and advertising Jobs function of web site to membership) and communicating with developer as issues arise.
- Acts as first PennACE contact for distribution of PR or information materials regarding the association or its activities.
- Monitors preperation and publication of PR brochure and advertisements as needed.
