The Office of Career and Corporate Connections within the Smeal College of Business is seeking to hire an Assistant Internship Manager. This position is responsible for assisting in the management of the Smeal College of Business Internship and Co-op program. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining and enforcing internship and co-op program requirements for students and ensuring consistent program quality for corporate recruiters. The Assistant Internship Manager will be responsible for maintaining an online employment database which supports 8000+ undergraduate students, requiring strong technology/database experience and efficiency in managing and manipulating detailed data for reporting purposes. This position will manage the BA395A internship credit course, and act as the approver for all undergraduate CPT (Curricular Practical Training) requests for international students in the College of Business. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with scheduling on-campus interviews and collecting and compiling detailed data for annual reports. Success in this position requires strong organizational, interpersonal, database and technical skills. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
