The Student and Alumni Relations Coordinator is a key member of the College of the Liberal Arts Career Enrichment Network team, working with both students and alumni to foster connections that lead to positive post-graduate outcomes. In addition, the Coordinator provides on-line feedback on students’ application materials through Nittany Lion Careers, Penn State’s career services management system. Typically requires a Master's degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience for a level 2. Additional experience and/or education and competencies are required for higher level jobs. Experience with Symplicity Career Services Management (CSM) software is a plus. The successful candidate is team-oriented, has experience with and enjoys working with undergraduate students and/or alumni, is committed to student success, can take initiative to identify and develop solutions to problems, and can creatively identify new ways to engage students and alumni in career-oriented experiences. An interest in working with data and assessment initiatives also is required. This is a fixed-term appointment funded for one year from date of hire with excellent possibility of re-funding. Review of applications will begin on May 10 and continue until the position is filled.
