We are searching for an Assistant Director of Employer Relations to work with employers who are passionate about recruiting students from Carnegie Mellon University. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated top performer with talent acquisition, human resources, or campus recruiting experience to utilize your knowledge in a unique role within one of the most respected schools in the world. You are someone who enjoys a dynamic, high-volume environment, working with data to make informed decisions and evaluate programs/offerings.

You will handle a portfolio of employers for the CPDC, strategizing with employer contacts to build individual recruitment strategies and execute an on-campus recruiting experience. With hundreds of employers visiting campus and thousands of on-campus interviews each year, you should be ready to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You should demonstrate the ability to build and grow relationships with global employers. CMU retains a diverse student and alumni population, so cultural sensitivity and competencies are essential to this role.

•Master's Degree in related field (i.e. College Student Personnel, Higher Education Administration, Counseling) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
•Valid Driver's License
•Minimum two (2) years full-time, post-masters experience in career counseling, talent acquisition, and/or campus recruiting; three (3) or more years preferred
•Demonstrated organizational skills through managing multiple ongoing projects
•Strong Excel skills and data analytics experience
