Title: Office Manager/Recruiter Coordinator

Office/Department: Career Services

Description: This position will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the On-Campus Recruiting Program, as well as maintaining and building effective working relationships with employers to develop maximum career opportunities for students. He/she will also assist in managing the inner-workings of the Career Services Office to contribute to its optimal functioning which will involve such activities as interfacing with various constituents (employers, students, etc. ), assisting with programs/events, maintaining office equipment/inventory, scheduling appointments, providing resources to students as needed, helping manage the CSO library, posting job openings, managing post-graduation employment/education statistics, as well as other duties as assigned. Finally, this candidate will be responsible for managing the efforts involved in the collection, reporting and communicating of the office’s post-graduation career outcomes data.

Requirements: Both a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three (3) years of office/administrative experience in a business or related field are preferred for this position. The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, organizational acumen, interpersonal skills, and excellent multi-tasking abilities. Technical aptitude and proficient computer skills are vital. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting student and employer needs, as well as be willing to work within a highly collaborative team. Must be able to maintain a positive and customer service-oriented attitude in a fast-paced work environment. Finally, the individual must be aligned with the overarching Christian mission of the College and view their work as a service and ministry.
