- Establishes and manages the PennACE financial account.
- Develops a projected operating budget.
- Recommends membership fees.
- Collects and deposits all monies. Handles funds for investments.
- Expedites payment of bills by the due date.
- Prepares interim and final expense reports.
- Works with the Membership Chair during the membership drive.
- Works with the Conference Committee during annual conference planning.
